[VIDEO] Backstreet Boys' Howie D Talks About Debut Solo Album with Arjan

A few weeks ago, I spoke exclusively with Backstreet Boys' Howie D about his forthcoming solo album "Back To Me" that will be released worldwide early next month. Howie and I spoke while he was on the massively successful Backstreet Boys and New Kids On The Block tour this summer.

After scoring massive hits with the Backstreet Boys over the past two decades and selling over 100 million records worldwide, this solo album represents an important artistic milestone in Howie D's career. "Back To Me" sees this talented singer/songwriter combine his sultry and soulful melodies with a myriad of styles to create a compelling collection of songs that bounce from Euro-styled electro-pop to R&B flavored tunes.

In our video interview, Howie spoke very candidly about what it was like to record without the Backstreet Boys, what inspired his songwriting and why Backstreet Boys has been such a successful group for almost twenty years. He has taken over 5 years to compile this solo record, making sure to serve up a sound that would be appreciated by fans and satisfy him creatively as well.

Make sure to learn more about Howie's "Back To Me" on his web site where you can pre-order the album as as well. "Back To Me" will be available in Japan on November 9 and worldwide on November 15.
