[VIDEO] Arjan Chats With Natalia Kills at Cherrytree Pop Alternative Tour

After we first pop chopped on the set of LMFAO's "Champagne Showers" this summer, I caught up with Natalia Kills in Canada backstage in a dressing room (hence those empty hangers) at the Cherrytree Pop Alternative Tour. We had a fun little chat to talk about her new single "Kill My Boyfriend" that she will be releasing a very special video for very soon. Make sure to look out for that.

[FREE MP3] Rising Pop Crooner De-Lor Shares Acoustic Version of "Cruel"

De-lor

Talented pop singer, songwriter and Berklee College of Music student De-Lor shares a brand-new acoustic version of "Cruel," a tune that is taken from his latest mixtape that he recently put out. The song demonstrates more of De-Lor's incredible knack for writing great and catchy pop melodies. The Swedish-American singer likes to combine his love for pop with dance, electro and rock influences to create a unique brand of his own.

"Cruel" is a good example of his varied sonic point of view. It's a puchy pop-rock stomper with some darker undertones about being disillusioned with love. "It so cruel, but my heart still beats for us," he convinces us, pouring his heart out over a seemingly upbeat arrangement. De-Lor recorded this version of "Cruel" in one take together with another guitarist to create a rich and robust sound that neatly emphasizes his solid pop vocals. [VIDEO] Janelle Monae Performs "Cold War" at Nobel Peace Prize Concert

Janelle Monae's "Cold War" is a powerful anthem that carries a universal message about personal courage and individual empowerment. The artist could not have picked a more perfect song to perform at last weekend's Nobel Peace Prize concert that celebrated the Nobel Peace Prize win of three women who relentlessly advocate the equal rights of women.

During the intro of the song, Monae spoke candidly about the meaning of the "Cold War" and dedicated her performance to the three 2011 Nobel Peace Prize winners - Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Leymah Gbowee of Libya and Tawakkul Karman of Yemen.

The three women received the coveted prize for their non-violent struggle for the safety of women and for women's rights to full participation in peace-building work. Watch Monae's touching performance that adds more spark to her brightly shining star. She's simply flawless in every way.
